Hi, I’m MSLPatcher a.k.a. Skeptik (in Soccergaming Forum).
I’m the maker of Malaysian League gamepatch for FIFA series for years.
Today, I’m announcing a public test (open beta test) downloadables. You must consider it as a pre-season edition.
In other words, don’t force yourself to play it as the latest season 2013 league because, for the purpose of testing, I’m using Malaysian League season 2012 roster as the base.
You will find that the my gamepatch will includes Liga Super Malaysia, Liga Premier Malaysia and Liga FAM. I also took the liberty to introduce a fantasy league named Liga Nasional. Malaysian National Team (old squad list too – don’t ask) will be playable.
All four leagues will follow normal or standard competition format : home and away match, promotion to upper league and relegation to lower league, where relevant. Malaysia replace India. So far it is the only way to get rid of crash problem when playing NT in career mode. If I’m correct, this year National team are maxed to 46 only. Don’t know why.
BY DOWNLOADING THIS TWO FILES, YOUR ARE AGREE TO STRICTLY ABIDE THE PROCEDURE GIVEN BELOWS. FAILING WHICH YOU WILL NOT FOR ANY REASON DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE PATCH TO YOUR FIFA 13 GAME.
1. Must have full installed of FIFA13 with updates (version 1.5). You also required to have WinZip or any extracter tools that support ZIPX and ZIP file format.
2. You must have knowledge of reading or understanding where your fifa 13 were located. This patch requires both ZIP files be extracted to FIFA 13 folder.
3. Delete your FIFA 13 gamesave in My DOCUMENTS, and the profiles. YOU MUST PLAY TO TEST THE NEWLY INSTALL MALAYSIAN LEAGUE gamepatch WITH NEW PROFILE AND OFFLINE. Failing which, it will make you experiencing a BAD CRASH.
4. DOWNLOAD BOTH FILES and then rename the files by deleting the following extension name : “.F13” . I’m forced to create a fake extname, hoping to avoid autodelete by MediaFire server.
The files are :
A. mslpdl_f13s12b1t11212120903pm.zipx.f13 — This is the closed betatest for a few good man to test – MUST HAVE. The size if 90+MB. You need this file for first and update with the second file.
B. mslpatcher_Preseason2013_MLeague_Season2012_PublicBetaTest_LeagueOnly.zip.f13 — This is the latest Beta 6 that solved the crash problem encounter in first file (League Tournament only) – COMPULSORY/EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.
5. BACKUP YOUR FIFA 13! BACKUP! BACKUP!
6. UNZIP or extract both file INTO FIFA 13 folder. It will overwrite your FIFA 13 for mostly important file.
7. Then run i68 regenerator to recreate all .BH file. Files with extension .BH are necessary. Don’t know? Google it. Never mind. Visit my friends iard’s thread in Soccergaming Forum here. You will find the links to Download
8. Do not try to play ONLINE. FIFA 13 with altered database WILL and SURELY CRASHED to Windows without mercy.
9. DON’T EXPECT ANSWERS ABOUT the problem. BUT you can REPORT problem related directly to my patch, not due to YOU MISMANAGE the game and the patch, like ALTERING the content by yourself when you don’t have the skill to do so. If you do it. don’t expect me to answer.
10. Understand that I’m NOT USING CREATION MASTER 13 directly to edit database and save it. It is known to corrupt certain part/table of database. In fact, CM13 is not officially a CM13. It is actually a fifa12 tools, called Creation Master 12 that been modified to work 70% with certain part of FIFA13. But I’m not in anyway prohibit you using it, it’s up to you, but I will not entertain bugs problem when I know it’s related to ‘unjust’ of yours.
11. MUST READ ALL NINE above.
12. Again, THIS IS A PUBLIC BETA TEST WITH MALAYSIA LEAGUE SEASON 2012 CONTENTS. Malaysian League Season 2013 will only be released once we finalized all relevant contents – new season kits design, confirm latest squad, etc.
